Our Fitness Studio offers a wide range of classes - such as Zumba, Kettlebells, HIIT, Yoga, Barbells, and Pilates. We make sure there's something to suit any age or ability, running throughout the week so there'll always be something on at a time that's convenient for you.
Our fitness classes are run by a team of friendly and experienced expert fitness instructors. We're always looking for fun and effective new classes so we change our class timetable three times a year to keep things fresh.
If you use the gym as well, you can sign up to our Full Membership package which which includes group exercise sessions!
