About Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, Bums and Tums - Our quick guide to what it is, how it works, and what to expect during a class!

Legs, Bums and Tums (or LBT) is a lower body workout to tone your thighs, firm your bum and tighten your tum.

This class started in the early 1990s and has been popular ever since - especially with ladies. Unlike some classes which trend for a while and then fizzle out, this is one has staying-power; and that's because it works!

A LBT class will involve a number of exercise routines that target the abdomen and lower body, with the specific aim of toning up these areas. It isn't a high energy class, so you won't burn as many calories as in a Zumba or Insanity class - the focus is mainly on toning and tightening these trouble areas.
